Dyed shoes are usually only worn once and then remain in the back of your bridesmaid's closet collecting dust. Another option -- if the dresses are a dark color, then have your bridesmaids wear black or navy shoes. If the dresses are a very pale pastel color, then white or cream shoes could do the trick.
